Daniel Herald

Dan and his wife Jackie have two children. Dan was elected to the Council in 1976 and elected as Mayor in 1998. Dan is self-employed and owns the Mancino's-Dairy Delight in Carson City. As Mayor, Dan is a member of every standing and appointed committee.

James Newman

Jim is the father of three children. Jim was elected to the Council in 1987. He is the Manager of the Diagnostic Imaging Services at Carson City Hospital. Jim is on the following committees;

• Water and Sewer Committee

Dan Cusack

Dan and his wife Eve have two children. He is employed at Towers in Greenville.  In 2005 he was elected to the council.  Dan is on the following committess:

Dean Kavanagh

Dean was elected to the Council in 1998. He is employed at Electrolux in Greenville. Dean is on the following committees;

• Police Committee (Chairman)

• Street and Sidewalk Committee (Chairman)

Bruce Tasker

Bruce and his wife Linda have three children. Bruce was elected to the Council in 1998. He retired from Carson City-Crystal Schools after teaching for thirty five years. Bruce is on the following committees;

• Building, Ordinances and Parks Committee (Chairman)
• Finance Committee
• Water and Sewer Committee
• Library Board Representative

Kurt Keiffer

Kurt and his wife Kelly have two children. Kurt was elected to the Council in 2004. He is employed as a Plant Manager in Potterville. Kurt is on the following committees;

• Water and Sewer Committee

Starr Miller

Starr and his wife Beverly have three children. Starr was elected to the Council in 2004. He retired from the Corrections Department after 30 years of service. Starr is on the following committees;

• Building,Ordinances and Parks Committee
• Streets and Sidewalk Committee

Fred Brown

Fred and his wife Jane have two children. Fred was appointed to the position of City Administrator in 1987.

Janet Kelly

Janet and her husband Allen have four children. Janet started working for the city in 1982 as the Deputy Clerk. In 1991 she was appointed to the Treasurer/Clerk's postion.
